Sarah and Johannes
Our Story

The Journey That Brought Us Here

Soulwayo was not created from a place of perfection. It was created from life itself — from moments of deep transformation, challenges, healing, and the courage to keep listening to the voice within.

We both walked our own paths of awakening, learning that true healing does not come from avoiding pain, but from meeting ourselves with compassion, awareness, and love. The moments that challenged us the most carried the greatest invitations for growth. Life taught us that the body remembers, the heart knows, and that healing happens when we create a safe space where all parts of ourselves are allowed to be seen.

Sarah

Sarah brings many years of professional experience and a diverse therapeutic background rooted in psychological spiritual counseling and Person-Centered Psychotherapy, complemented by extensive training in chakra therapy, psychokinesiology, Vis-Influere Therapy, systemic family constellations, children's and hormone yoga, Kundalini and shamanic meditation, forest bathing, therapeutic painting, and shamanic traditions and practices.

Her work brings together psychological and spiritual understanding, somatic awareness, emotional healing, meditation, movement, creativity, and spiritual practice — always with a deep respect for the inseparable connection between body, mind, and soul.

Over the years, her professional path has been equally shaped by lived experience. Motherhood, profound life transitions, personal healing journeys, and the many people she has had the privilege of accompanying have deepened her understanding that lasting transformation cannot simply be understood by the mind — it must also be felt, embodied, and integrated.

Sarah therefore works from a place of compassion, presence, clarity, and deep listening, creating spaces in which people can meet themselves beyond old patterns and reconnect with the wisdom already held within their bodies and hearts.

For her, healing is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who you are beneath everything you learned you had to be.

Johannes

Johannes brings a strong professional foundation in body-oriented therapy and psycho-spiritual work, with training and experience in Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, psycho-spiritual coaching, Yoga, and Breathwork.

His approach is rooted in the understanding that true transformation involves the whole human being. The body carries experiences that words alone cannot always reach, and breath, movement, conscious awareness, and embodied presence can open pathways into deeper layers of ourselves.

Through his work, Johannes creates a grounded and attentive space in which people are invited to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, explore their inner world, and meet what is present with greater awareness. Rather than directing someone toward a predetermined outcome, he supports the unfolding of each person's own process — allowing insight, embodiment, and transformation to arise from within.

His professional path is deeply intertwined with his own inner journey and years of exploration of consciousness, embodiment, spiritual practice, and different traditions. This combination of therapeutic knowledge, embodied practice, and lived experience shapes the presence he brings to his work.

For Johannes, transformation is not about escaping the human experience or reaching a higher state.

It is about becoming present enough to fully inhabit the life that is already here.
Together

Sarah and Johannes are partners in life and partners in their work.

Their different paths and professional backgrounds meet in a shared understanding of the human being as a whole — body, mind, heart, and soul.

Together, they weave psychological counselling, trauma-informed and somatic approaches, body-oriented therapy, Breathwork, Yoga, meditation, embodiment, systemic perspectives, and spiritual practice into an integrative space for personal exploration and transformation.

Sarah often brings the psychological, emotional, systemic, and intuitive perspective; Johannes brings a deeply embodied, body-oriented and psycho-spiritual approach. Yet their work is not divided into two separate worlds. It meets in the space between them — where psychology meets the body, where breath meets emotion, and where inner understanding can become lived experience.

Their work is not about giving people answers, fixing what is supposedly broken, or telling anyone who they should become.

It is about creating a grounded, compassionate, and conscious space where people can slow down, listen more deeply, reconnect with themselves, and discover what is true for them.

Because ultimately, the journey is not about becoming someone else.
It is a return to yourself.

Together, we created Soulwayo because we believe humanity is entering a time where we are being called back into connection — with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world. Our vision extends to the next generation — through conscious parenting, family healing, and supporting children emotionally. We believe healing does not begin with adults alone.

Soulwayo means walking the path of the soul. A space where ancient wisdom and modern healing meet, where psychology, body and spirituality come together, and where people are invited to remember their own inner wholeness.

We do not guide people from a place of having all the answers. We walk beside them as fellow humans, holding a loving and safe space where transformation can unfold.
